The Horumar Project, implemented by FCA Somalia in partnership with the Hirshabelle State Ministry of Interior and Local Governments, aimed to strengthen women’s leadership and increase their meaningful participation in local governance and decision-making processes.
Through capacity-building, dialogue, and institutional engagement, the project promoted inclusive governance, accountability, and stronger community participation.
